Getting Relationships Right

Do you want to learn how you can help children and youth discover who they are, shape their own lives and contribute to the world around them? If so, this workshop is for you! Learn strategies and tactics for how you can contribute to the health and well-being of our children and youth by Expressing Care, Challenging Growth, Expanding Possibilities, Sharing Power and Providing Support. Research has shown that youth who have healthy relationships with caring adults increase positive behaviors like responsibility and decision-making skills and decrease substance use and depression. Instructors for this course have been trained in the Developmental Relationships Framework through the Search Institute. Ideal for adults who work with or live with children and youth of any age.
